Though the title seems to make it pretty clear, this database is only for people who attended Valley Mills High School in Valley Mills, Texas.

You must agree to the Terms of Service before you can register. Please read them carefully.

VMHigh.com's Terms of Services ("Terms" or the "Agreement") are as follows. These Terms are an agreement between you and VMHigh.com.  

Note:  This site is not directly affiliated with Valley Mills ISD.

1. Acceptance of Terms:  By completing registration process, you agree to these Terms.


2. Age Restriction:  No persons under the age of 17 may register on VMHigh.com. 


3. Service Limitations:  VMHigh.com is not responsible for any loss of data from users or periods of time in which that data is not available. 


4. Usage Guidelines

A). Provide Accurate Information. 
B). Users are fully responsible for anything that occurs on the system using their password.  
C). Adhere to all laws while using the site.
D). Do not collect email addresses for marketing purposes.  Do not data scrape this site.


5. Rights That You Grant to VMHigh.com:  You agree that VMHigh.com staff have access to your account and records as reasonably needed to investigate complaints.

A). Disclaimer of Warranties:  Use the service at your own risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. VMHigh.com disclaims any and all warranties, whether expressed or implied.

B). No Endorsement of Member Content: VMHigh.com does not endorse the content of any member and is not responsible or liable for any content.  VMHigh.com does not pre-screen all content, but VMHigh.com will have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, edit, or remove any content that is publicly available via the service.

D). Indemnification. You agree to protect and fully compensate VMHigh.com from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs resulting from your use of this service.

7. Limitations of Liability:  YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE.  


8. Use Restriction:  The material on VMHigh.com web sites is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Valley Mills High School alumni only. Any other use is strictly prohibited. 


9. You hereby agree to not: 

- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others. 
- Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information. 
- attempt in anyway to breach the security or integrity of VMHigh.com.
- Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose. 
- Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.


10.  VMHigh.com is neither responsible nor liable for any use, misuse, or abuse of the data contained on its servers.  When you enter data into the site, you do so at your own risk.  VMHigh.com is not responsible for anything that happens with that data.
